Warhammer – Fun, family and more

Game exhaustion?

Sunday night I played Stargrave. Monday night I played Warhammer AoS CCG. Tuesday night I played Warhammer 40,000 against my son (lots of house rules that change as the game develops 😁). Tonight I played half a game of AK-47 Republic. Tomorrow I’m playing Undaunted North Africa. I’m feeling a bit gamed out!

3D printing.

A friend had lent me a 3D printer. It’s the sort that melts plastic and lays it down in a pattern. I’ve found a nice few pieces of 15mm scale buildings that I will print if possible. Fantastic day.

The day started well as both my wife and I were working from home and the children were at school. Let’s just say we had a leisurely start to our day. I used to wargame competitively. In the noughties I played Warhammer fantasy, 40K, Blood Bowl and Warhammer ancients. Roughly 6 times in the year I would travel with my friend Steve and other friends to a tournament. Today was a good day.

I started Noom two weeks ago as I’ve put on weight in lockdown. I’ve lost 7 pounds or half a stone in old money. If I can keep this up I’ll be back to prime condition soon.
